Built in 1631, it stands in an exceptional setting where peace and quiet reign.

At 1,400 metres above sea level, in the small hamlet of l’Espà (Saldes), the house enjoys spectacular views of the Pedraforca mountain, the Serra del Verd and the Serra d’Ensija.

This makes it a unique place, both for a few relaxing days with the family and for discovering and enjoying nature. The Way of the Good Men and the Last Cathar runs through the Cal Jep Costa estate, linking the Sanctuary of Queralt with Montségur Castle.
