Built in 1631 the property is located in a privileged environment where peace and quiet reign. At an altitude of 1,400 meters in the small town of l’Espà (Saldes) the house enjoys spectacular views of the Pedraforca mountain, Sierra del Verd and Sierra de Ensija. This perfect location makes this a unique space, both to spend a few days relaxing with the family and to get to know and enjoy nature. The Way of the Good Men and the Last Cathar passes through the Cal Jep Costa estate, connecting the Sanctuary of Queralt with the Castle of Montsegur.

From Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 6pm and departure before 12pm.
Weekend - € 700
Arrival on Friday from 4pm and departure on Sunday before 6pm.
Weekdays - € 350 / night
With a minimum of 2 nights. Please contact us for shorter stays.
* Dogs are allowed. The price per night and dog is 6 € (taxes included). For other pets prior agreement is required.
* Fares including taxes.
* Cal Jep Costa has a capacity for up to 12 guests. It offers extra beds at €25 per night and installed bed. Only the guests reflected in the booking will be allowed in the property.
* From 3 years old they occupy a bed.
